The Scleroderma Foundation's communications manager appeared recently on "Talk Business 360" to discuss the disease and help the audience learn more about this devastating illness. The radio show can be heard on more than 61,000 flights, reaching more than 9 million passengers on American Airlines and US Airways flights this fall. The interview also will be promoted in the airlines' in-flight magazines and on the "Talk Business 360" website.

"This is an excellent opportunity for us to reach the general public in a new way," said CEO Robert J. Riggs. "This is a new opportunity for the Foundation to break into airline media. We hope this will increase awareness of scleroderma among business travelers, many of whom are medical professionals. It's very important that we get our message out in innovative ways so we can reach deeper into the population."
