The Scleroderma Foundation, along with Treatment Diaries, is hosting an hour-long Tweet Chat at 8 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, Dec. 4. We will answer as many of your questions as we can during the session about the disease and the Foundation.

Not sure what a Tweet Chat is? Well, it’s an organized group discussion held between Twitter users. We welcome any patients, family members, friends and health care professionals to take part.
